is there a fee for online payments?
There is a 2.95% fee for payments made by credit card. If you choose to pay by ACH payment, the convenience fee is only $1.

A copy of your lease as well as any renewals can be found on your resident portal.

Log on to your resident portal to submit and track repair requests in real time.
how do i submit a Rental application?
You can fill out a rental application on our website. Click the “Availability” tab at the top of the website. Then click the “Apply Now” button to fill out the rental application.

when should i expect my lease renewal?
Lease renewals are sent 60-90 days prior to your lease expiration. If you have questions regarding your lease email us at leasing@triumph-properties.com.
